TopBank PH FAQs - Mobile Banking
It is the mobile banking app provided by Top Bank Philippines, Inc. (A Rural Bank). Its features will enable you to access and monitor your bank account, perform transactions, and utilize banking services through your smart phone /mobile device.

You can download the TopBank PH from the App store (for Apple devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). Just search for TopBank PH and click install.
1. If you're an existing Top account holder, activate your account by selecting “Activate my Account” and enter the following details:
a. First Name
b. Last Name
c. Birth Date
d. Email Address
e. Registered Mobile Number
f. Deposit Account Number
Note: You will receive an OTP to your registered mobile number for verification. After that, you will be asked to nominate a password. You may opt to enable biometrics for log in.
2. If none, click new account. Provide and complete the following requirements:
a. Registered email address and mobile number
b. Personal information
c. Valid Ids
d. Selfie while holding the ID
e. Three (3) specimen signatures
On the dashboard, you click on the desired account you want to view.
Yes, the other account holder just needs to use his own Top Bank details except for your shared account numbers.
Joint-AND Accounts are not allowed to be enrolled and are not viewable in the app.
No. Updating of Account Information such as Name, Address, Marital Status, Mobile Number, and Email Address can only be done in any Top Bank Business Center.
In compliance with R.A. 9160, your account will only be deleted from our system after five (5) years.
If you would like to close your account, please visit your branch of account.

1. View your deposit and loan account balances and transaction history
2. Transfer of funds
- from own to other Top accounts (free of charge).
- PESONet transfers (currently free).
3. Pay bills (fees and charges may vary).
4. Apply for a Microfinance (UNLAD) loan and SSS loan

All UNLAD loan applications received before 12:00 PM shall be processed until the next banking day.
If the loan gets approved, the Account Officer will call the client. Otherwise, the client will receive an email on the rejection.
Yes. The Client shall need to install the app to another device and click on "Activate my Account" button upon opening of the app.
Note: Only one session is allowed per account. If the app detects that you have another session from another device, a confirmation will appear on the first device if you are currently using the second device. Once confirmed, the app will log out on the first device. However, for security purposes, it is strongly recommended to use only one trusted and secure device.
The client shall need to contact the Bank using the information on the Contact Us page.
If your account has been closed, you may not be able to use the same details for activation of the mobile banking app. Mobile banking app activation requires an active account with the bank if your account has been closed.
Yes, the application will send an email notification/receipt for every Fund Transfer and Bills Payment.
NEVER share your OTP or Password with anyone. Please see the Terms and Conditions for the use of OTP and Password. Moreover, all Officers and Staff of the Bank are strictly prohibited from obtaining critical authentication information such as customer passwords and OTPs from the client.
