Compensation and Benefits Specialist
- 4-year Business course graduate, preferably Major in Accountancy or Finance
- At least three years experience in payroll & benefits administration
- Strong quantitative & analytical skills
- Highly dedicated and mindful of timely submission of reports and remittances to government agencies
- Multi-tasker, flexible but firm in implementing compensation & benefits-related policies
- Able to relate well with employees across all levels
