To get a debit card, please visit any Top Bank Business Center and open any deposit account below:

a.   Go to any nearest Top Bank ATM and Insert your debit card.
b.   Press any six (6) digit PIN to proceed
c.   Select "PIN change" and press again any six (6) digit PIN.
d.   Nominate your new 6-digit PIN and choose CONFIRM.

You cannot reset your PIN if you exceed the maximum of three (3) incorrect PIN entries; the ATM debit card will be temporarily blocked for a time. If already forgotten, the client may request a card replacement at any Top Bank Business Center, subject to personal identification of the cardholder.

You should immediately call our customer service (02) 8230-8867 to have it blocked. You may request for a card replacement at any Top Bank Business Center for a fee.

a.   You can perform the following transactions using your Top Bank debit card:

    • Pay your goods and services by inserting your card and entering your PIN via Point-of-sale (POS)
    • POS Cash-out

No. You can only use your debit card to BancNet channels locally.

a.   ATM withdrawal: PHP 50,000.00 (PHP 10,000.00 per transaction)

b.    POS transactions: PHP 50,000.00

c.    ATM Bills Payment: PHP 100,000.00
